Bring your knife back before it's blunt or damaged, and stay sharp as with Stay Sharp Servicing.
We suggest every 1 -3 months depending on the quality and type of metal, and how you use and look after it.
Stay Sharp Servicing removes less metal than sharpening, and lengthens the life of the knife by reducing the need to sharpen it.
Simply test your knife by slice cutting a piece of paper.
If it cuts poorly, it's time for Stay Sharp Servicing.
If 'catches or tears' the paper, or won't cut at all it's to late for Stay Sharp Servicing.
