Food Processor Blades
Dull blades make the motor work harder, and your product starts being 'smashed' apart instead of cut. Stay sharp blades only stay sharp for so long. Our sharpening process removes the 'stay sharp' serrations and leaves a standard sharpening finish.
Mirror Finish Polishing
Mirror Finish Sharpening polishes the primary edge of your knife or scissor to a Mirror Finish on an A6 Trizac belt.
This removes the tiny serrations created by the sharpening process, which reduces friction, and ensures the entire edge is the sharpest it can be.
Standard Knife sharpening
of most kitchen and outdoor knives. Excludes large and specialty knives. Repairs and Restoration not included.
We may not be able to sharpen all types of clippers. Bring them in or send us a pic and we'll let you know. Price is per blade set. We do have discounts for multiple sets. All blades finished by hand.
Scissors Mirror Finish
We polish the bevel with a Mirror Finish and flatten the back if required. We are not able to do all specialty scissors at markets, and we may not be able to do all specialty scissors for this price.
Some specialty scissors may cost more, bring them in or send us a pic and we can talk about it.
Scissors General Purpose
We use a similar sharpening process as our Commercial Knife Sharpening, meaning there is no Mirror Finish.

Circular saw blade sharpening
Most blades can be sharpened at lease twice. A sharp blade makes cutting fast and straight easier on the user, the motor and the product. Pricing depends on the number of teeth. $8 + 0.20c per tooth.
Bring in your degreased and clean chain, or the whole thing and we'll remove and re-tension it for an extra $6.
Chisel Sharpening includes
- Squaring the end
- Flattening the back
- Hollow ginding a 25° Primary bevel
- Sharpening to a 30° Secondary bevel
- Honing on a leather strop.
Back flattening will be assessed per chisel and will either require more time flattening, or shortening the chisel to remove any rounding or damage to the back of the edge.
Hand sharpening a flat primary bevel is priced per item depending on the size and condition of the blade.
Sharp pruning tools are essential for plant health when pruning. They won't stay sharp, they need to be kept sharp. $6 Lopper whopper is our way of showing we care.
