How much does it cost?
For Standard and Large knives (blades 5" plus) its $5 per knife. For Small knives (blades less than5") it's $1 per knife.

Stay Sharp Servicing is a monthly service per knife. Commercial customers generally have a set of knives they use regularly, and some knives that don't get used so much. Stay Sharp Servicing is for the knives that get used most.

The knife must have previously been sharpened by us.
Apart from using a steel, no one else has sharpened the knife since we sharpened it.

What does the service include?
Inspection
The knife is inspected to see if
- The edge is still there.
- If it has any chips.
- The heel for clearance
- The tip, edge, and spine for straightness.
Servicing
- The edge is restored on a 1000g diamond stone.
- The Grind-line is buffed on a buffing wheel.
- The wire is removed on the diamond stone.
- The edge is polished on a leather strop.
