This is what people are saying
"I attended a knife sharpening workshop recently with Sharp as Sharpening at the Eynesbury Mens Shed.
This was the most valuable ninety minutes I’ve spent for a long time. Tama gave a brief and informative introduction to the science behind sharpening knives, then a demonstration followed by the whole class having lots of practice time with their own knives supervised and coached by Tama. Every participant had their own sharpening stones and equipment supplied by Tama so we were all able to take full advantage of the practical time. I came away with two much sharper kitchen knives and confident that, with a bit more practice, I will soon have nothing but razor sharp knives in our kitchen. Very many thanks to Tama for helping me to become “Sharp As” Robert A Myles |

"I do like to sharpen my knife and I can get it kind of sharp. But it's not 'really' sharp, and it doesn't stay sharp for very long."
What they are experiencing, from what they are doing, is exactly what I was doing, until I discovered the information we share in our workshops.
